Privacy notice

This notice covers harryobear.com. It is short because the site collects very little.

What we collect

If you send an enquiry, we receive the name, company, email address, enquiry type and message you type into the form, along with the time it was sent and the IP address it came from. Nothing else is requested and nothing is inferred.

The site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google when a page loads.

What we do with it

Enquiry details are used to answer your enquiry and to keep a record of the conversation. They are not added to a mailing list, not sold, and not shared with third parties for their own purposes.

How long we keep it

Enquiry correspondence is kept for as long as the commercial relationship is live, and for a reasonable period afterwards for record keeping. If you ask us to delete your details and we have no legal reason to keep them, we will.

Where it is held

The site is hosted on shared infrastructure and enquiry email is delivered to a mailbox on our own domain. Access is limited to people who need it to answer you.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to hello@harryobear.com and we will respond.

Changes

If this notice changes, the revised version appears on this page. Material changes will be described here rather than made quietly.
